食卓に彩りを与え、日常をあたたかくするような「光を宿すうつわ」を目指して制作されている杉原万理江さん。Sophoraでは初めてのご紹介となります。ひとつひとつの器から、やさしい色合いとやわらかな雰囲気を大切にされていることが心地よく伝わってくる。表情豊かな釉薬をまとう輪花の器から新作までを、是非お愉しみください。

The colorful tableware of Marie Sugihara, like dwelling vessels for sunlight itself, bring warmth to the everyday life. This is the first time her work is presented at Sophora.Each one of these vessels, crafted with care, pleasantly convey gentle colors and soft ambiance. From flower shaped bowls clad in glazes with abundant expressions, to brand new works, please enjoy this exhibition.
