西山雪展、抽選販売について

1.本展はひとりでも多くの方に作品をお愉しみいただく為に、即売ではなく抽選販売というかたちで、展示期間を設けさせていただいております。
2.先着順の販売ではありません。
3.展覧会初日の開店前の行列等はご遠慮ください。
4.抽選受付期間中は、作品のお渡しはできません。
5.抽選期間後、完売していない作品のみ、2月1日（土）より店頭販売いたします（当日持ち帰り可）。

抽選受付期間：1月24日（金）～1月29日（水）
上記期間中にご来店の方のみに、抽選応募用紙をお渡しいたします。
抽選応募用紙は厳正な抽選のため、日本語のみでの記入とさせていただきます。
当日は店内におきまして、携帯電話等の通信機器の使用を禁止いたします。
使用された方はご退場いただきますので、あらかじめご了承くださいませ。

□応募可能作品点数（大物作品は1点、小物作品は3点までを上限とします）

◆抽選結果のお知らせ◆
当選された方のみに請求書メールにて当選をお知らせいたします。
enjyudo-gallery@sophora.jp からのメールを受信できるようフィルター等の設定をお願いいたします。
1月30日（木）23：59までに請求書メールが届かない方は落選となっておりますので、あしからずご了承くださいませ。
また、メールアドレスをお持ちでない方には、抽選販売申込時にご記入いただいた代引伝票に従って発送いたします。

◆お支払いについて◆
当選の際に届く請求書メールに従ってお支払い手続きを行ってください。
お支払い方法は原則クレジットカード支払いのみとさせていただきます。
尚、クレジットカード支払い期限は1月31日（金）23:59です。
上記期限を過ぎると、支払い不可能となり、当選が無効となりますのでご了承くださいませ。
お支払いいただいたクレジットカードの名前と応募者の名前が異なる場合も、当選無効となり、カード支払いの取消しをさせていただきます。
当選無効となりました作品は、抽選期間終了後、2月1日（土）からの店頭販売の作品となります。

ただし、当選後、店頭でのお支払いをご希望の方は、請求書メールで支払わず、支払い期限内にお電話にてご来店日をお知らせください。（1月30日（木）は定休日です。1月31日（金）営業時間内に、ご希望のご来店日をお電話にてご指定ください。店頭支払い期限は2月5日（水）営業時間内とさせていただきます。）
尚、店頭にてお支払いを希望される方は、お受け取りの際に、ご本人確認をさせていただくことがございますので、顔写真付き身分証明書をお持ちください。
店頭支払いの来店日にご来店なさらなかった場合は、当選無効とさせていただきます。

The Lottery Sales of Yuki NISHIYAMA Exhibition
.

1.We kindly ask for your understanding that we put a period of lottery sales so as all of you as many as possible to have chance to enjoy Yuki NISHIYAMA’s works in this exhibition.
2.In this lottery sales application period, it’s not on a first-come-first-served basis.
3.Please not be in a rush on the first day of the exhibition.
4.In this period, you won’t be able to take her works to home.
5.After the lottery sales period is over, we’ll have a sale starts from February 1 Saturday at the gallery only if some works left in stock. And the works could be taken to home then.

Lottery Sales Application Period：January 24 Friday ～ January 29 Wednesday
Only the customers come and visit to our gallery in that limited period can get the application form.
Please fill out the form and apply to the lottery at the time.
That application form could be written in JAPANESE only.
Any use of communication devices is prohibited.
Please kindly understand that if anyone use it, that person will be ordered to leave.

◆What to Fill out◆
□ Fill out the application form □ Photo ID（to verify your identity） □ No. and Title of works you would like to get
（you can choose one big work or 3 small works maximum.）

◆Announcement of the Lottery Results◆
An invoice e-mail will be sent only to a winner on the lottery.
Please set your mailing system so that you can receive an e-mail from enjyudo-gallery@sophora.jp.
When you don’t receive that invoice e-mail within January 30 Thursday, it means you sadly lost on the lottery. If you choose the cash on delivery payment, we will send a package by following the COD payment slip you fill in when you apply.

◆How to Pay◆
Please follow the invoice e-mail you will receive when you win the lottery.
Payment is accepted only by a credit card basically.
The payment by credit card is due at 23:59 on the day of January 31 Friday.
After the above payment period by credit card expired, you can’t make that payment anymore, then your winning on the lottery will be cancelled automatically.
Also, in the case that a credit card account holder and an applicant are different person, its winning on the lottery and payment made by that credit card will be cancelled.
The works cancelled payments for them will be on a sale which starts from February 1 Saturday at our gallery after the lottery sales period is over.

But if you request a payment at the gallery, please call us and make an appointment to visit and make a payment. （January 30 Thursday is a regular closing day. Please call us during business hours on the day of January 31 Friday. The payment at the gallery is due during our business hours on the day of February 5 Wednesday. ）
Please bring your photo ID with you for a verification when you come to the gallery to make a payment.
If you don’t visit us and don’t pay for works on the date you designate, your winning will be cancelled automatically.

我们安排了一段时间的彩票销售，
以便尽可能多的人有机会在本次展览中欣赏西山由纪的作品。
在此期间，这些作品将不会出售，也不会以先到先得的方式出售。
展览第一天请不要着急。
彩票销售期结束后，只有在仍有一些作品存货的情况下，我们才会从2月1日（星期六）起在画廊开始销售。然后作品就可以带回家了。

在此期间内，只有客户来我们的画廊参观才能获得申请表。
请填写表格，然后申请彩票。
该申请表只能用日语书写。
禁止使用任何通讯设备。
如果有人使用它，将命令该人离开。

◆填写内容◆
□填写申请表 □带有照片的证件（以验证您的身份） □想要获得的作品的编号和标题 （您最多可以选择一个大作品或三个小作品。）

◆抽奖结果公布◆
发票电子邮件将仅发送给彩票中奖者。
请设置您的邮件系统以接收来自enjyudo-gallery@sophora.jp的电子邮件。
当您在1月30日（星期四）内未收到该发票电子邮件时，这意味着您很遗憾失去了彩票。
如果您选择货到付款，我们将按照您在申请时填写的现金付款单来发送包裹。

◆付款方式◆
请遵循中奖时收到的发票电子邮件。
基本上只能用信用卡付款。
以信用卡付款的日期为1月31日（星期五）23:59。
通过信用卡付款的期限到期后，您将无法再付款，那么您在彩票中的中奖将自动取消。
另外，在信用卡帐户持有人和申请人是不同的人的情况下，其在彩票中的中奖和由该信用卡支付的费用将被取消。
彩票销售期结束后，取消的作品将从2月1日（星期六）起在我们的画廊开始销售。

但是，如果您要求在画廊使用参观和付款方式，请致电并告诉我们您可以付款的日期。 （1月30日（星期四）为正常休息日。请在1月31日星期五的工作时间致电我们。参观付款应在2月5日（星期三）的营业时间内支付。 ）
