MIKI KATO CERAMIC EXHIBITION 2017.12.8 (Fri)-12.27(Wed) 10:00-18:30（最終日17:30迄）【木曜定休】 . 【在廊日】8・9・10・16・24・27 . 繊細緻密なイッチン装飾に拘りを持ち続けられてきた加藤美樹さん。 「磁器土本来のきめ細かく美しい質感を更に生かす作品を作りたい」という想いを益々深められていたそうです。その想いを叶えるべく、生地に彫りを施し、焼き締めることにより、加飾と生地は呼応し、引き立て合うイッチン装飾へと成長を遂げました。どれもが特別な一点物です。 本年の最後を飾る今展を是非お愉しみください。 . Artist Miki Kato specializes in elaborate decorations made with delicate slip trailing. “I would like to create works that truly bring out the beauty of porcelain, its smooth texture.” Focusing on this desire, she has added engraving, and firing without glazing, to her work. Achieving a new depth of harmony between surface and decoration, these slip trailing pieces are truly masterfully made, and each is one of a kind. We hope you will enjoy this exhibition, and join us to celebrate the closing of this year among these beautiful works.
