 植物をテーマに、押し葉や線描での象嵌、描き落としで装飾した器や、ほのぼのとした愛らしい動植物のオブジェも作られる丹下郁さん。桃の節句のお雛様、鯉のぼりなども並びます。朗らかな早春を感じさせる、柔らかな色彩の濃淡が美しい本展をぜひお愉しみください。

 Iku TANGE creates plants-themed works with inlay and sgraffito. The figures of animals and plants he makes are so pretty. Hina dolls for the girls’ festival “Hina-matsuri” and objects of carp-shaped steamer for the boys’ festival “Tango-no-Sekku” will be shown for that season. Please enjoy a mild sign and a gentle contrast of spring colors in this exhibition.
