1. 本展では、ひとりでも多くの方に西山雪さんの作品をご覧いただくため、即売で

　 はなく抽選販売という形式をとらせていただきます。展示は会期中（12月2日ま

　 で)全作品を展示いたします。
2. 抽選販売は先着順ではございません。
3. 展覧会初日の開店前の整列・行列はご遠慮ください。
4. 抽選は
　・ご来店による応募
　・Webによる応募
　 のいずれかでお申込みいただけます。両方に応募された場合は無効となりますの

　 でご注意ください。
5. ご当選作品の発送は、12月4日以降に順次行います。
6. 混雑状況により、入店人数や滞在時間を制限させていただく場合がございます。
7. 抽選後、販売可能な作品がある場合は、12月2日（火）に店頭販売を行います

　（当日お持ち帰り可）。販売に関するお電話やメールでのお問い合わせはお受け

　 しておりません。
8. 会場内では、携帯電話やカメラ機能付き機器の使用をお断りする場合がございま

　 す。
9. 本件に関しましては、個別のお問い合わせにはお答えいたしかねます。何卒ご了

　 承くださいませ。

・Web展には作品の一部のみを掲載いたします。全作品をご覧になりたい方は、ぜ

　ひギャラリーへお越しください。
・西山雪作品および2025応募フォームは、抽選応募期間の直前に公開予定です。
・Web抽選応募期間：2025年11月22日(土)10:00 ～ 24日(月･祝)23:59

※応募期間外に、Contactやメール、インスタグラムDMにて応募いただいたものは、全

　て無効です。

​　厳正なる抽選のうえ当選者を決定いたします。先着順ではございません。

・ご応募は、お一人様１回限りとなります。

※店頭受付、もしくはWeb受付、どちらかのみにご応募いただけます。重複応募者

　は白紙となります。

◆常設作品には、触れると危険な作品もございます。手荷物やお子様の状態によって

　は、ご入店を制限させていただく場合がございます。
◆抽選応募の際、顔写真付き身分証明書のご提示をお願いいたします。
◆混雑時は、店内の人数制限を行うことをご了承ください。
◆ギャラリー内での飲食は禁止いたします。

◆ギャラリー周辺での座り込み等は禁止いたします。

◆ご近隣に対する迷惑行為を発見した場合、対象者は、今後一切の抽選などの購入権利

　を剝奪いたします。ご了承くださいませ。

【当選案内について】

・当選発表は11月28日(金)・29日(土)を予定しております。

・当選されたお客様には応募時にご記入頂いたメールアドレス宛に、メールにて当

　選のご連絡をいたします。落選の場合のご連絡はいたしません。

・メールアドレスの誤り等、ご連絡がとれない場合には当選が無効となりますの

　で、メールアドレスにお間違いのないようお気を付けください。

・メールソフトなどの設定により、弊社からのメールが迷惑メールとして振り分け

　られたり、メールが削除される場合がございます。設定をご確認の上、ご応募く

　ださい。

・応募状況や、当選結果の個別のお問い合わせにはお答え致しかねますことをご了

【ご当選者さまへの注意事項】

・当選されたお客様は、弊社からお送りします請求書メールの内容に沿ってお手続

　きください。

・お支払い完了をもって当選確定となります。期日までに作品代金のお支払い手続

　きが完了していない場合は、当選を無効とさせていただきますことを、あらかじ

　めご了承ください。

※支払い期限は、11月29日(土)23:59です。

【支払い方法について】

※お支払いは、クレジット決済のみとさせていただきます。

※お支払いいただいたクレジットカードの名前と応募者の名前が異なる場合は、当

　選無効となり、カード支払いの取消しをさせていただきます。

※転売目的のご購入と判断した場合は、販売をお断りさせていただきます。

　転売が確認された方に関しましては、今後全ての抽選販売へのご参加を固くお断

　りさせていただきます。

【About The Lottery Sales of Yuki NISHIYAMA’s works】

1. To allow as many people as possible to enjoy Yuki Nishiyama’s works, all pieces

　 will be exhibited throughout the period, and sales will be conducted by lottery

　 rather than on a first-come basis.
2. Lottery sales are not on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Please refrain from forming lines before opening on the first day.
4. There are two ways to apply:
　・In-gallery application
　・Online application
　 (Please apply only once. Multiple entries will be void.)
5. Shipping of winning pieces will begin after December 4.
6. Depending on crowd levels, entry and stay times may be limited.
7. If any works remain after the lottery, in-store sales will be held on December 2

　 (Tue) with same-day purchase and carry-out available. We are unable to respond

　 to inquiries by phone or email regarding sales.
8. Use of mobile phones or cameras may be restricted in the gallery.
9. Please understand that we cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding this

　 exhibition.

【Requests and guidance for visitors】
◆Some works exhibited in the gallery are dangerous to touch. Please note that

　 entry may be restricted depending on your baggage and your children’s

　 behaviors. 
◆Please show your photo ID when applying for the store visit lottery.

◆Please note that the number of people in the store will be limited when it is

　 crowded.
◆Eating and drinking are prohibited in the gallery.
◆Sit-in around the gallery is prohibited.
◆If we notice any annoying acts in the galleries neighborhood we will deprive the

　 rights to purchase and to apply for lottery in future.

​Store Application Period：Friday, November 14, 10:00 A.M. ～ Monday, November 24,

　6:30 P.M.

Online Application Period：Saturday, November 22, 10:00 A.M. ～ Monday, November 24,

　11:59 P.M. 

※The application form will be released shortly before Online Application

　Period. 

※All applications received outside the application period via Contact, email, or

　Instagram DM will be invalid.

　Winners will be selected through a rigorous lottery. It is not on a first-come, first-

　served basis.

■About Application

・You are able to apply only once per person.
※You can choose either Store Application or Online Application. Duplicate

　applicants will be disqualified.
​・You can apply from the 1st choice to the 3rd choice.
・Please note that only one of them will be won or lost.

■Announcement of the Lottery Results
・The winning announcement is scheduled for Friday, November 28 to  Saturday,

　November 29.
・An invoice e-mail will be sent only to a winners e-mail address entered at the time

　of application. We will not contact you if you are not win.
・Please be careful not to make a mistake in your e-mail address, as winning will be

　invalid if we cannot contact you due to an incorrect e-mail address.
・Depending on the settings of your e-mail software, e-mails from our company may

　be sorted as spam or deleted. Please check the settings before applying.
・Please note that we cannot answer inquiries about the status of applications and

　winning results.

■ Notes for winners

・If you win the lottery, please follow the instructions in the invoice email that we will

　send you.

　Winning will be confirmed upon completion of payment. Please note that if the

　payment procedure for the work price is not completed by the deadline, the winning

　will be invalidated.

※The payment deadline is Saturday, November 29, 11:59 P.M.

■How to Pay

※Payment is accepted only by a credit card basically.

※If the name of the credit card used for payment is different from the name of the

　applicant, the winning will be invalid and the card payment will be cancelled.

If we determine the purchase is for resale, we will refuse to sale.
Those who have been determined to be reseller will be strictly prohibited from participating in all lottery sales in future.
