【西山雪展】についてのご案内
1.本展はひとりでも多くの方に作品をお愉しみいただく為に、即売ではなく抽選販売というかたちで、4月16日まで展示期間を設けさせていただいております。
2.販売は、先着順ではありません。
3.展覧会初日の開店前の行列等はご遠慮ください。

4.ご購入の為の抽選方法は、来店抽選応募とWeb抽選応募があります。（片方のみ応募可。両方に応募された方は、白紙となりますのでご注意ください。）
5.原則、ご購入当選された作品の発送は、4月20日以降に順次発送いたします。
6.入店時には、必ずマスクの着用と両手のアルコール消毒をお願いいします。

(身分証確認の際のみ、マスクをお外しいただくことがございます。)

7.混雑状況によっては、入店人数制限と滞在時間制限をいたしますことを、あらかじめご了承ください。

8.Web展（Web抽選応募）には、出展作品の全てを掲載いたします。

9.抽選後、16日に販売可能な作品がある場合、Instagramにて告知のうえ、店頭販売いたします。（当日持ち帰り可）※お電話やメールでのお問い合わせには対応しておりません。

10.携帯電話やカメラ機能の付いた機器の使用は、お断りする場合がございます。

【ご来店の皆様へのお願いとご案内】
◆常設作品には、触れると危険な作品もございます。手荷物やお子様の状態によっては、ご入店を制限させていただきます。ご了承くださいませ。
◆抽選応募の際は、身分証明のご提示をお願いいたします。
◆混雑時は、店内の人数制限を行うことをご了承くたださい。
◆ギャラリー内での飲食は禁止いたします。

◆ギャラリー周辺での座り込み等は禁止いたします。

◆ご近隣に対する迷惑行為を発見した場合、対象者は、今後一切の抽選などの購入権利を剝奪いたします。ご了承くださいませ。

■当選案内について

・当選発表は2023年4月14日(金)～15日(土)を予定しております。

・当選されたお客様には応募時にご記入頂いたメールアドレス宛に、メールにて当選のご連絡をいたします。落選の場合のご連絡はいたしません。

・メールアドレスの誤り等、ご連絡がとれない場合には当選が無効となりますので、メールアドレスにお間違いのないようお気を付けください。

・メールソフトなどの設定により、弊社からのメールが迷惑メールとして振り分けられたり、メールが削除される場合がございます。設定をご確認の上、ご応募ください。

・応募状況や、当選結果のお問い合わせにはお答え致しかねますことをご了承ください。

■ご当選者さまへの注意事項

・当選されたお客様は、弊社からお送りします請求書メールの内容に沿ってお手続きください。

お支払い完了をもって当選確定となります。期日までに作品代金のお支払い手続きが完了していない場合は、当選を無効とさせていただきますことを、あらかじめご了承ください。

※支払い期限は、4月15日(土)23:59です。

■支払い方法について

※お支払いは、クレジット決済のみとさせていただきます。

※お支払いいただいたクレジットカードの名前と応募者の名前が異なる場合は、当選無効となり、カード支払いの取消しをさせていただきます。

■配送方法について

​原則、作品のお引き渡しは配送のみとさせていただきます。

※作品の配送は、2023年4月20日(木)より順次発送いたします。

​

※転売目的のご購入と判断した場合は、販売をお断りさせていただきます。

転売が確認された方に関しましては、今後全ての抽選販売へのご参加を固くお断りさせていただきます。

【About The Lottery Sales of Yuki NISHIYAMA’s works】

1.We kindly ask for your understanding that we put a period of lottery sales rather than on-site sales so as all of you as many as possible to have chance to enjoy Yuki NISHIYAMA works in this exhibition. It will be on display until April 16th.
2.In this lottery sales application period, it’s not on a first-come-first-served basis.
3.Please do not line up at the store before it opens.
4. There are two types of lottery methods for purchase: store visit lottery application and online lottery application. (Only one can apply. Please note that those who apply for both will be no longer in effect.)
5. In principle, the winning works will be shipped after April 20th.
6. Please wear a mask and disinfect your hands with alcohol when you enter the store.

(You may be asked to remove your mask only when checking your ID.)
7. Please note that we will limit the number of people entering the gallery and the staying time as a preventive measure against corona infection.
8. All exhibited works will be posted on the Web exhibition and able to apply for.

9. After the lottery, if there are works that can be sold, we will announce them on Instagram and sell them over the counter. (The works can be taken home on the day) 

※We do not respond to inquiries by phone or email.

10. We may refuse to use mobile phones or devices with camera functions.

【Requests and guidance for visitors】
◆Some works exhibited in the gallery are dangerous to touch. Please note that entry may be restricted depending on your baggage and your children’s behaviors. 
◆Please show your ID when applying for the store visit lottery.

◆Please note that the number of people in the store will be limited when it is crowded.
◆Eating and drinking are prohibited in the gallery.
◆Sit-in around the gallery is prohibited.
◆If we notice any annoying acts in the galleries neighborhood we will deprive the rights to purchase and to apply for lottery in future.

Winners will be selected through a rigorous lottery. It is not on a first-come, first-served basis.

・You are able to apply only once per person.
※You can choose either Store Application or Online Application. Duplicate applicants will be disqualified.
​・You can apply from the 1st choice to the 3rd choice.
・Please note that only one of them will be won or lost.

■Announcement of the Lottery Results
・The winning announcement is scheduled for April 14 Friday to April 15 Saturday, 2023.
・An invoice e-mail will be sent only to a winners e-mail address entered at the time of application. We will not contact you if you are not win.
・Please be careful not to make a mistake in your e-mail address, as winning will be invalid if we cannot contact you due to an incorrect e-mail address.
・Depending on the settings of your e-mail software, e-mails from our company may be sorted as spam or deleted. Please check the settings before applying.
・Please note that we cannot answer inquiries about the status of applications and winning results.

■ Notes for winners

・If you win the lottery, please follow the instructions in the invoice email that we will send you.

Winning will be confirmed upon completion of payment. Please note that if the payment procedure for the work price is not completed by the deadline, the winning will be invalidated.

※The payment deadline is 23:59 on Saturday, April 15th.

■How to Pay

※Payment is accepted only by a credit card basically.

※If the name of the credit card used for payment is different from the name of the applicant, the winning will be invalid and the card payment will be cancelled.

​

■Delivery

As a general rule, works will only be handed over by delivery.
※The delivery to winners will be started from April 20 Thursday.

If we determine the purchase is for resale, we will refuse to sale.
Those who have been determined to be reseller will be strictly prohibited from participating in all lottery sales in future.
